The Little Shed in Tonypandy for RHA

WOW…..What a difference the young lads have made to the building and a difference to themselves!!

Rhondda Housing Association (RHA) have encouraged the REALSKILLZ learners to submit their ideas and plans for what they would want the project to look like near completion.

They have completely stripped the building, keeping what can be reused. They are working as teams, natural leaders are emerging, there is effort and sweat, they are learning skills and most of all they are taking ownership of THEIR RULES and THEIR WORK.

They are using tools safely, speaking to the public who ask “What’s being done?” and communicating with their supervisor Paul about daily tasks and work schedule.

Each has their own strength and it’s great to see them working.
